We’ve designed our process to be quick, clear, and stress-free. Once you contact us, we’ll assess your needs, visit your site if required, and provide a free, no-obligation quote. After you approve, we’ll arrange a convenient setup date and install your scaffold safely and efficiently.
Our team also conducts ongoing inspections throughout your hire period to ensure your scaffold remains in perfect condition. Once your project is complete, we dismantle the structure promptly, leaving your site clean and clear.

1st Step - Initial Contact
Get in touch with us today via phone, email, our contact page, or our social media platforms. Provide us with basic info such as your contact details, the nature of the work (eg. painting, construction, maintenance), the address and when you would like it done.
Contact Us2nd Step - Free Quote
We offer a free, competitive quote. We can either quote from plans/photos you have or details you provide us. If this is not possible we can also arrange a free site visit to assess it.
3rd Step- Review and Confirm
Once we have all the information we need we will email you through a quote. Once you have reviewed the quote and have contacted us to confirm that you would like to proceed then we can work in with you to book your job in for the date you need it.
4th Step- Erect Your Scaffold
We will arrive at the address provided, Erect the scaffolding efficiently and safely to give you height access to the area you need. Once it is complete we will sign it off with a green tag to make it known to you and the trades you hire that it is safe to go on.
5th Step – Payment
Generally if it is a fast turnaround job (within the same month) we would invoice you once the scaffolding has been dismantled, for bigger jobs that stay up for longer you will be invoiced at the end of every month for the duration of your job.

6th Step- Dismantle the Scaffold
You can either set a dismantle date at the beginning or you can contact us when all the work is complete and you are ready for the scaffolding to be dismantled. When we know the date we will book it in to be dismantled.
